Steven Dick - Abstract Artist

Los Angeles based artist, Steven Dick, has been painting and creating art for over 50 years. Working mainly with acrylics, oils and paint pens, Steven pulls inspiration from his colorful life. From his heyday's in the 60's to selling shoes in the New Mexico desert to living in Los Angeles with his wife, his pug and his parrot and much more in between. Having worked with many different mediums such as vintage jewelry cigar boxes, landscaping, classic cars and fashion, he has now dedicated his life to painting full time. Using mainly his hands and pallet knives, Steven creates highly textured pieces with bright colors. Each painting has layers and layers of paint, moving and changing through time.
